We will do everything we can to get the products to you in 10 business days (business day DOES NOT include weekend or national holidays). However, if you do not receive your products after 10 business days from purchase for any reason, simply email cs@crystalwholesaleinc.com and we will fix the issue with our best knowledge and effort.
